Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases from The Restaurant Growth Lab, operated by S.H. Growth Marketing LLC.

Restaurant Growth Audits and Consultations

You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled Restaurant Growth Audit by contacting us at [email protected].

More Than 24 Hours Before the Appointment

You may:

Reschedule the appointment one time without an additional charge, or

Request a refund

Less Than 24 Hours Before the Appointment

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are generally non-refundable.

We may allow one rescheduling at our discretion.

Missed Appointments

If you do not attend the scheduled appointment and do not provide notice, the payment is non-refundable.

A new payment may be required to schedule another appointment.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, the meeting may still end at the originally scheduled time.

If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, the appointment may be treated as a missed appointment.

Cancellation by Us

If we must cancel an appointment, you may choose:

A new appointment time, or

A full refund of the amount paid for that appointment

Monthly Advisory Plans

Monthly advisory plans renew automatically until canceled.

You may cancel before the next billing date to prevent the next renewal.

Unless required by law:

Payments already processed are non-refundable

Partial months are not prorated

Unused calls do not automatically roll over

Failure to schedule or attend a monthly call does not create a refund

Access to membership resources or the private client hub may end when the paid billing period expires.

Digital Products

Because digital products provide immediate access, digital-product purchases are generally final and non-refundable.

Contact us within seven days if:

You were charged twice

You cannot access the purchased product

The delivered file is materially defective

You received the wrong product

We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue or provide an appropriate refund when warranted.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.

Free Resources

No refund applies to free resources, including the 30-Day Restaurant Growth Starter Kit.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Bank and payment-processor processing times may vary.
