Examples, testimonials, and case results do not guarantee that another restaurant will receive the same outcome.

4. Restaurant Growth Audit

A Restaurant Growth Audit generally includes:

Review of information you provide

One 60-minute video consultation

Discussion of restaurant challenges and opportunities

Practical recommendations and suggested priorities

The audit is an advisory service. It does not include implementation, ongoing management, bookkeeping, legal review, tax preparation, or guaranteed results unless specifically stated in writing.

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate information

Completing the preparation form

Submitting information before the meeting

Attending at the scheduled time

Deciding whether to implement recommendations

The introductory audit price may be changed at any time for future bookings.

5. Scheduling

After purchasing an audit or consultation, you will receive instructions for completing the preparation form and scheduling the meeting.

Appointments are subject to availability.

Please submit requested preparation information at least 48 hours before your meeting whenever possible. Late or incomplete information may limit the scope of the review.

6. Payments

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable charges.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, processing fees, currency-conversion charges, or bank fees.

7. Monthly Advisory Services

Monthly advisory plans may include:

One consultation call per billing period

Progress review

Restaurant-growth guidance

Written priorities or follow-up notes

Access to selected resources or a private client hub

Implementation, advertising management, website work, system setup, design, or other hands-on services are not included unless stated separately in writing.

Monthly plans automatically renew until canceled.

You may cancel before your next billing date to prevent the next renewal. Unless required by law, previously processed subscription payments are not prorated.

8. Digital Products and Free Resources

Digital products, templates, spreadsheets, videos, checklists, and free resources are licensed to you for your own personal or internal business use.

You may not:

Resell them

Repackage them as your own

Publicly distribute them

Upload them to template marketplaces

Share paid account access

Remove branding and claim authorship

Use them to create a competing commercial product

You may modify templates for use within your own restaurant or company.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all website content and materials are owned by or licensed to S.H. Growth Marketing LLC, including:

Written content

Videos

Graphics

Logos

Worksheets

Templates

Training materials

Downloads

Product names

Brand elements

No ownership rights are transferred to you by purchasing or downloading materials.

10. User-Submitted Information

You retain ownership of restaurant information and files you submit.

You grant us permission to access, review, store, and use submitted information as reasonably necessary to:

Deliver the requested service

Prepare for consultations

Provide support

Maintain business records

Improve our internal processes

You represent that you have permission to submit the information and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights.

11. Acceptable Use

You may not use the website or services to:

Commit fraud
